Bring Your Kids on a Snowdon Camping Adventure
This summer bring your kids on the ultimate adventure exploring Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa pronounced ur with-va) the highest mountain in Wales. Together your and your child will learn all about the legends of the mountain, the glaciers and volcano’s that helped shape the mountains we see today and the plants and animals that call Snowdon home.
After a fun packed day on the mountain you will set up camp, and enjoy one of the most peaceful places on the planet at a specially selected location to see the magical sunset over Snowdonia. On a clear night you will be able to see the sky light up with the most amazing view of the stars with no lights to distract you – perfect for any child who has an interest in Astronomy.
We are offering this event on a ratio of 1 child to 1 adult (over the age of 8).
We will meet at the Snowdon Mountain Railway station in Llanberis at 8am and ascend Snowdon via the Llanberis path. With plenty of rest stops and engaging information to keep your child suitably happy we aim to make this a dream come true, and a summer holiday they never forget.

You will need to bring a suitable tent, sleeping bags and sleeping mats for you and your child. We can advise on equipment required including how to pack your kit and food.
